Сусрет Теслиног народа на којем ће се предстaвити они
који су дали велики допринос у промовисању лика и дела нашег славног научника Николе Тесле

Гости и домаћини манифестације говориће о Теслином животу и визији као и о својим радовима који се баве његовим ликом и делом. Вече ће употпунити мултимедијални садржај, изложба, промоција књиге а на изабране теме говориће: Никола Лончар, Владимир Јеленковић, Милоје Поповић Каваја, Миодраг Линта, Зоран Буловић, Милан Кнежевић, Оливер Суботић, Жељко Мирковић, Гордана Павловић, Милован Матић, Предраг Пузовић, Шарлот Браун, Марк Алеси, Хелена Б. Мадунић, Радован Ждрале, Татјана Пуповац, Виктор Лазић, Сара Радовановић, Владимир Тодоровић, Марина Радовић, Хелена Бранковић, Биљана Мрмош, представници САНУ, представници Матице српске и многи други.

Комплетан програм испратиће и забележиће медији а један део биће посебно посвећен свечаној додели признања.

STARTING A TESLA CLUB AT YOUR SCHOOL

Details

How can you organize a Tesla Club at your School? How can the Tesla Science Foundation (TSF) help? The first step would be to introduce your students to Tesla’s life and work through classroom presentations or a school assembly, depending on the best fit for your school. TSF would bring a display made by Tesla Museum and TSF and lead the initial presentation.

After that, we will consult with interested students and faculty to prepare a mission statement and organize the club. We have a host of resources for helping you to expand your Tesla Club’s exposure and membership, including:

-A Play: “Tesla Past, Present, Future” for which we already have a script.

-Tesla Traveling Exhibit (obtained by TSF from the Tesla Museum)

-Organizing exhibits for arts, science, literary achievements, and the like (TSF would award medals and certificates for the best work).

-Community evenings could also be organized in partnership with TSF. We could have an exhibit of student work. In addition to students’ families, the school could be open to the community.

-Tesla Clubs would have an opportunity to be on Tesla Talk TV (TSF’s TV channel).

Additionally, student members could become TSF members, where the school clubs would be advertised.

-The best student work would be presented at our January and July Conferences in New York and Philadelphia, respectively.

-We can provide quizzes about the life and work of Nikola Tesla. The best students would get TSF participation certificates.

This Wednesday from 6-8 pm, we have our Science and Invention Night at Tacony Academy Charter School. First grade students will be presenting their invention proposals as solutions to a problem. At Tacony Academy our mission is invention and innovation . By telling students at a young age that they have important ideas, and they can solve world problems, they will internalize the identity of an inventor and a creator. There are no prizes at our events as our caring school community is inclusive of all levels of participation.
