The Tesla Science Foundation warmly invites friends of Nikola Tesla, scientists, inventors, artists, educators, cultural representatives, and members of the international community to join us in New York City for our four-day international program, “In the Spirit of Tesla,” taking place January 14–17, 2027.
Through conferences, film, an exhibition of inventions, artistic presentations, an awards ceremony, and opportunities for fellowship, we will bring people together around science, innovation, culture, education, and citizen diplomacy, inspired by the legacy and humanistic ideals of Nikola Tesla.
January 14, 2027 — Tesla Science Foundation Day
Time: 2:00 PM
Venue: Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in New York
62 West 45th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10036
The celebration of Tesla Science Foundation Day will include the presentation of awards to individuals who have made significant contributions to citizen and cultural diplomacy, the promotion of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska, and the international community of Tesla’s people and friends of Nikola Tesla.
The event will also feature cultural, artistic, and entertainment programs.
January 15, 2027 — Conference Program in Serbian
Time: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Venue: The New Yorker Hotel
481 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10001
This full-day program in Serbian will focus on Nikola Tesla, invention, innovation, education, and cooperation among people and institutions inspired by Tesla’s values.
An exhibition of inventions and a presentation of artistic works are also planned for the area outside the conference hall.
January 16, 2027 — Conference Program in English
Venue: The New Yorker Hotel, New York City
The English-language program will welcome international participants and guests interested in Tesla’s legacy, contemporary innovation, and international cooperation.
The conference will open with a Tesla Film Fest program. Key topics will include:
- Nikola Tesla: his life, work, and legacy
- Nikola Tesla clubs and international cooperation
- Nikola Tesla innovation clubs and the advancement of invention
- Cultural diplomacy and citizen diplomacy
- Education, innovation, and inspiring future generations
January 17, 2027 — In the Spirit of Tesla
10:00 AM — Lighting a candle in memory of Nikola Tesla
The Saint Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral
15 West 25th Street, New York, NY 10010
12:00 PM — Fellowship and social gathering
Following the church service, participants and friends of Tesla are invited to gather in the church’s social hall for fellowship and conversation.
Exhibition of Inventions and Artistic Works
During the conference program, inventions and artistic works will be presented in the exhibition area outside the conference hall at The New Yorker Hotel.
Inventors, innovators, and artists are invited to showcase their work and contribute to the exchange of ideas and international collaboration.

Due to limited seating at all venues, advance written registration and written confirmation from the organizers are required.
