The Conference Speaker Registration is now officially open!
This year’s Conference organized by the Tesla Science Foundation is seeking individuals and organizations to present on work and topics focused around the following three main Conference Tracks:
SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
The genius of Nikola Tesla enjoyed and contributed to endless facets of life but thought of himself primarily as an inventorThis track is dedicated to:
- Any meaningful science and technology innovation resulting in practical use benefiting society
- Advances in science and technology based on or extending the work, legacy and thought leadership of Nikola Tesla in practice or concept
- Evidence, impact reports or demonstrations of what today’s world would look like without Tesla’s inventions
- Vision of where this world is headed with Tesla’s groundwork
- Digital revolution
Some examples include but are not limited to:
- Wireless transmission of unlimited free energy
- Harnessing nature
- Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
- Medical and Radiology advances
- Optical phenomena
- Aircraft technologies and navigation control devices
- Any fact-based and supported research related to Tesla’s life, work and legacy
ART & CULTURE
A traveler and avid lover of art, literature, music and various cultures, Nikola Tesla enjoyed finer things in life and had a keen eye for perfectionThis track is dedicated to:
- Artistic portrayal of Nikola Tesla, his life or his work of any kind and any medium
- Any innovative Performing Arts presentation, especially if related to Nikola Tesla and his legacy
- Any evidence of Nikola Tesla awareness, celebration of acknowledgment across different cultures and parts of the world
- Nikola Tesla’s integration with and acceptance of various cultures and ways of life
- Any creative and innovative approach to increasing Nikola Tesla awareness
Some examples include but are not limited to:
- Audio / video installations
- Review of a new artistic medium, aspect or tool
- Unique live or recorded stage or other performance
- Feature film or documentary
- Artistic improvisation
- Review of written material or compilation, fiction or non-fiction related to Tesla’s life and legacy
- Creative marketing campaigns and solutions
HUMANITY
Nikola Tesla embodied unusually complex personality and possessed extremely strong character and traits, from discipline and self-restraint to curiosity and indulgence, from philosophical to pragmatic views, and from grounded reality to genuine belief in the bright future of humanityThis track is dedicated to:
- New fact-based historical accounts of events
- Research-based analysis or findings on prevalent personality traits and impacts on today’s society
- The evolution and maturity of the human mind over the past 2 centuries
- Relationship among humanity, philosophy, spirituality and religion
- Communication
Some examples include but are not limited to:
- Current socio-political trends and developments shaping the future of humanity
- iGen / Gen Z and Gen Alpha and what defines us – how would Tesla function today
- Tesla’s powerful mind – can I be like Nikola Tesla?
- Key success factors – how to spot them and how to achieve them
- Mind reading – thing of the present, thing of the future or nothing at all?
- Panel discussion
General Guidelines and Requirements
- Speaker Registration closes on September 30th 2019
- Average length of presentation not to exceed 20 minutes
- Brief description of presentation (any written format) required at time of registration
- Final presentation material or evidence of such (slides, audio, video, research paper, book, demonstration, etc.) must be submitted prior to end of Registration
- Although topics and presentations related to Nikola Tesla’s fields of study are preferred, other disciplines and fields are welcome as well
- TSF reserves the right to record all speakers and presentations (video or otherwise) and to freely publish, post and make them available for on-demand viewing free of charge
- TSF reserves the right to decline speaker participation upon review of proposed presentation topic / material
