From the advent of alternating current to the induction motor, x-ray and radio, his inventions have greatly influenced the course of human history. Today Tesla has been recognized as a beacon for some of the most groundbreaking research being conducted around the world. His new popularity inspires people of all ages to investigate the historical prevalence of his devices leadin<span class=\"m_8971429457070506933gmail-text_exposed_show\">g to breakthrough research in fields such as medical, technology, energy and many more.<br \/>\nTo address this ever-expanding knowledge base of Tesla related research, the Memorial Conference\u201cTesla: Past Present Future\u201d will be held January 12th in Manhattan, New York at the Wyndham New Yorker Hotel. The program is being organized by the Tesla Science Foundation in cooperation with the Tesla Museum of Belgrade, Tacony Academy and the Franklin Institute. Contributors will be published in the Tesla Science Foundation\u2019s book entitled \u201cTesla: Past Present Future\u201d?<br \/>\nThis conference will highlight recent efforts to vindicate Tesla in academia through research on Tesla related technology, economics, art, philosophy and science. Submissions from the outside of the United States are welcome. Examples of subjects to be considered for this conference include, but are not limited to:<br \/>\n\u00b7 Empowering educators with the Tesla pedagogy<br \/>\n\u00b7 Innovative methods of engaging students from all academic backgrounds<br \/>\n\u00b7 What can the national S.T.E.A.M. initiative learn from Nikola Tesla?<br \/>\n\u00b7 How would Tesla technology affect U.S. and international economies?<br \/>\n\u00b7 How can the high energy physics of Tesla technology inspire art?<br \/>\n\u00b7 What are the political hurdles associated with Tesla\u2019s legacy?<br \/>\n\u00b7 How has the technology of Tesla\u2019s earlier patents changed over time?<br \/>\n\u00b7 What are the risks associated with Tesla technology?<br \/>\n\u00b7 How have measurement devices changed over time<br \/>\n\u00b7 What does the future hold for wireless telecommunication?<br \/>\n\u00b7 What can be done to expedite a Tesla technology inspired industrial renaissance?<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"m_8971429457070506933gmail-text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Submissions of research by academic scholars and independent researchers are encouraged. Conference participants will be chosen based on the manuscripts they submit. The deadline for submissions is October 20, 2018.
